The SCC meeting that was scheduled for this Wednesday evening has been postponed to next Wednesday, November 8th, at 7:00 p.m. We hope to see you there!

CAA Saskatchewan recommends the following Halloween safety tips:

For tomorrow, Friday, October 27, teachers have decided that rather than having your children bring their costumes to school and change into them over the noon hour, that we would have students come in the morning dressed in their costumes for the day! Please don't forget to send $2.00 for the Halloween Dance in the afternoon. 

Next week the SLC is doing a variety of Halloween activities throughout the school to raise money for the United Way Summer Slide Reading Program. Here are a few of the activites:

Our Grade 7/8 students are once again planning a flash mob performance of “Thriller” at Victoria Square Mall. This is a completely voluntary activity that many of our students look forward to each year.

A big thank you to our Jack MacKenzie families who contributed food items for the FCC Drive Away Hunger campaign! Mrs. Aiginitis' Grade 4 class helped weigh bags and load them on to the FCC truck. We raised enough food to cover 600 meals!! WOW!! Thank you again for your generosity!
